Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology or relevant disciplineAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in learning & development / talent management preferably experience gained in engineering or aviationDemonstrable experience of implementing effective talent management initiatives, with examples of managing multiple projects including early career programmesExperience in managing training vendor / consultant would be an advantageAbility to work with multiple teams and to create positive changes in a collaborative, convincing manner, and the ability to manage client expectations Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy; multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and maintain confidentiality is criticalAbility to operate effectively in ambiguity. Understanding the issue and utilising the resources available, to achieve the desired solution with sensitivity Sound data analytic and digital skills (i.e., MS Teams, M365, Qualtrics)Strong influencing, consulting, and stakeholder relationship management skillsStrong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communications in English
